3. Qualifications
① National Innovative Talents Program Youth Project
Doctor’s degree, no more than 40 years old; have a formal teaching or scientific research position in a well-kNow,n overseas university, scientific research institution or enterprise, and have worked overseas for more than 3 consecutive years after obtaining a doctor’s degree, and be the top peer in the scientific research field, and have the development potential to become academic or technical leaders in the field; When join us, one must work in Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry full-time for more than 3 years; if one has already worked in China at the time of application, the return time should not exceed 1 year.
② Program A of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Innovative Talents
No more than 50 years old; have a professor or equivalent positions experience in a well-kNow,n university, scientific research institution or large enterprise in China or abroad; particularly outstanding or urgently needed overseas applicants can be relaxed to associate professors or equivalent positions.
③ Program B of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Innovative Talents
Doctoral degree, under the age of 40; after obtaining the doctoral degree, have at least 3 (including) consecutive years’ work experience in well-kNow,n research institutions, universities or large-scale enterprise R&D institutions in China or abroad, or have the experience of being an associate professor or equivalent position; the domestic applicant should be beyond CAS organization or have finished at least a special research assistant term.
④ Professors
Doctoral degree, under the age of 40; have at least 3 (including) consecutive years’ work experience in well-kNow,n research institutions, universities or large-scale enterprise R&D institutions in China or abroad, or have the experience of being an associate professor or equivalent position; match the new disciplines, new fields and new directions of our institute, and have made outstanding innovative research results in the field, and have been recognized and highly praised by domestic and foreign peers.
⑤ Chief engineers
Master’s degree or above, no more than 45 years old; should have at least 5 years’ continuous work experience in engineering technology R&D, process design and development, or instrument development in China or abroad, and be a deputy chief engineer in a well-kNow,n high-tech enterprise in China or abroad (Domestic applicants should have positions as chief engineer); part-time employees must work in the institute for more than 3 years, with annual service of at least 2 months.
⑥ Senior engineers
Master’s degree or above, no more than 35 years old; should have at least 3 years’ continuous work experience in engineering technology R&D, process design and development, or instrument development in China or abroad, and be a department leader in a well-kNow,n high-tech enterprise in China or abroad (Domestic applicants should have positions as senior engineer).
⑦ Special research assistants
Doctor degree, under 35 years old; have excellent scientific research results, and no husband and wife relationship, direct blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations, and close relationship with our permanent staff or newly hired personnel.
